Labuan was declared as an International Offshore Financial Centre (“IOFC”) in 1990 and in a rebranding exercise, the name was changed to Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (Labuan IBFC) in January 2008 to reflect the jurisdiction’s growing international status. We are registered with the Labuan Financial Services Authority (“Labuan FSA”) to provide professional and accredited business services as a Labuan Trust Company under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 (“LFSSA”).
